Return Policy

At Ethereal Grace Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

•    Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

•    Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

•    Returned with original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

•    Sale or clearance items

•    Gift cards

•    Accessories, jewelry, and hats

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
